Why have I not received my exchange/refund yet?Updated a year ago

Depending on the country you're from & the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our warehouse can vary, so please bear this in mind before contacting our team 🌍🚚


*Please note returns can take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be received and processed by our returns team 📦


Refunds will then be actioned and can take 5 working days to appear in the account you paid with via the original payment method* 💰


But if you need to get in touch with Customer Support about your return, please include in your message:


1. Proof of postage (ie. a receipt) 🧾

2. The tracking number 📝

3. Your order number 🔢


We will work tirelessly to respond to your messages within 2-4 working days 🙏
