Why doesn't my tracking link work?Updated a year ago

🚚 Once your chosen courier scans your order, you can track its progress using the courier tracking links provided. It may take up to 48 hours to display progress, depending on your shipping destination or chosen courier. However, in most cases, progress will be visible within 12-24 hours. 

🚛 Please note that all orders are despatched with either Royal Mail or DPD.

None of our orders are being shipped by Whistl, despite the tracking link indicating otherwise. It's important to note that when you receive a tracking link from Whistl, you must use the same tracking number to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website. Don't forget to do so to stay updated on the status of your delivery.
