What is your return policy?Updated a month ago

Exchanges/Refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the order was received. Therefore, please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.


If you need to return an item (including faulty), please follow the instructions on the returns portal


Returns which have not been processed through our designated returns portal not be processed, therefore, please contact us if you have any issues.


Items must be returned in all original packaging (including bag) and in "as new condition". All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your returns form within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. 


Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid labels and ask customers to cover the cost of returning their item(s) to us. We suggest using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage until we receive your return. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and are signed for.


Please note we only offer full refunds on full priced item(s) or item(s) purchased with a discount code of 10% and less . Sale items can be exchanged or returned for an e-gift voucher. 

Orders placed which meet the free shipping threshold amount that are then returned and as a result, no longer meet the free shipping amount threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
